Returns

Due to the nature and perishability of our products we do not accept returns after orders have been created or despatched.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@munchdmeals.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.​

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If in the event you believe you are eligible for a refund please contact us with your order number and issue. We will notify you once we’ve decided if you are eligible for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
