When Do You Deliver?
We deliver twice a week to guarantee product freshness and quality.
All of our products are delivered Nationwide across the UK. If you live within London or the M25 you are eligible for Sunday, Monday and Wednesday deliveries. This includes all postcodes as listed here.
For the rest of the UK we deliver on Monday & Wednesday.
Please note that there might be minor delays on Bank Holidays.

What If I'm Not Home For My Delivery?
Not to worry your delivery will be left in a safe location for you to collect when you arrive home.
Our meals are packaged in thermally insulated boxes, which means they will remain chilled for 48h from delivery.
We provide a tracking link with every delivery giving you the option to specify a safe location or even leave this with your neighbours.
What Does Sun/Mon & Wed Deliveries Mean?
We try to keep things as fresh and tasty as possible. This means that we make all of our meals to order and based on certain days of the week.
This means that all meals with 'Sun/Mon delivery' will be delivered on Sunday or Monday for the first half of the week. Remaining meals with 'Wed delivery' will be delivered on Wednesday for the remainder of the week.
As our small business grows we will aim to increase the number of meals available to our customers weekly.

Managing My Subscription
For subscribing customers only
You can manage your subscription by creating an account with us.
Once complete you can: manage your meals, add/remove items, update your delivery address, pause/skip your next delivery and even cancel your subscription.
How Often Do My Meals/Snacks Change?
For subscribing customers only
When you subscribe to any one of our meal plans you are subscribing to our rotating 3-week menu.
Customers will get the opportunity to select their meal options and preferences before every delivery. We kindly ask that all changes be submitted by Wednesday 10pm, as payments for subscriptions are taken every Thursday.
This ensures that you are only charged for the correct items every week.
Can I Select My Meals?
For subscribing customers only
Navigate to your subscription page to swap, replace and remove individual items from your subscription.
Do not worry if you forget to do this - our team will make the best possible selection based on your subscription and meal preferences.

Consuming Our Meals
Our chilled/hybrid meals are safe to eat cold but we always recommend heating 'heat to eat' meals in the microwave or oven before consumption.
Please check each individual meal for heating instructions.
If heat to eat meals are being used for school we recommend putting this into a high-quality thermos for the day.
Storage
Our meals should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery with a shelf life of approximately 3+ days. Each meal should be labelled with it's own Use By Date. We do not use any artificial ingredients or preservatives.
It is possible to freeze our heat to eat and dinner kit meals in their trays but you will need to defrost them fully in the refrigerator before reheating for consumption. We do not provide instructions for cooking our products from frozen.
Allergens & Ingredients
All of our products are clearly labelled with any of the 14 major allergens present. Our kitchen is also completely peanut and tree-nut free.
Whilst we take every step necessary to avoid cross-contamination we are unable to guarantee that this has not occurred. If you are unsure about a specific allergy, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
